  • Free Credits: Upon account creation, you may receive, at Email Awesome sole discretion, a limited number of credits to use the Services. Email Awesome may, at its sole discretion, change the number of credits provided, including providing no credits, at any time. These credits may be subject to expiration or usage limits.
  • Future Pricing: Email Awesome reserves the right to introduce paid service plans in the future. We will provide clear notice of any pricing changes and give you the option to continue using the Services under a paid plan or to discontinue use.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • Ownership: Email Awesome retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all associated intellectual property rights.

These Individual Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Individual Terms or the Services shall be settled amicably or, if that is not possible, in the state or federal courts located in New York, USA.
